Domestic shipping

Domestic orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and will arrive 5-7 business days after your order is placed. Expected arrival time includes processing and shipping. Please note we do not ship to PO boxes.

international Shipping

At the moment we only offer international shipping to Canada and we hope to expand in the future!

returns & exchanges

Not loving the fit? Don't worry! If you're looking to return or exchange an item we can accept unworn and unwashed items with the hang tag still attached. Please contact us prior shipping back. We do not cover the shipping fee. Drop off your package at a nearby USPS location. FRN is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number. Keep your tracking number handy so you can track when your return is received. Our return window is 30 days from delivery. If you need an exchange, let us know the size you wish to exchange to and we will ship it to you at no additional cost.

damaged or faulty goods

We work very hard to help QC all of our goods. In the case we have missed something or your package is damaged, please help notify us via e-mail so we can help make it right to you.
